Day 01: Airport / Negombo

Arrival, welcome by a representative of Lanka Sportreizen and transfer to Hotel in Negombo.
Relax
Undertake a City Tour of Negombo including a Fishing Village, Old Dutch Fortress from 1678 converted to prison, the Hamilton Canal which was built by the Dutch for the transportation of Cinnamon; the Old Dutch Cemetery and naturally the Negombo Fish Market.

Day 02: Negombo / Pinnawela / Sigiriya

After breakfast leave for Sigiriya
En route Visit the Elephant Orphanage to see the world's largest herd of domestic elephants including babies who are still being fed by bottle thrice a day.
Afternoon Climb the Rock Fortress of Sigiriya, a Royal Citadel for 20 years in the 5th Century AD built by King Kasyapa, contemporary with the paintings of Ajanta and Ellora Caves in India, highlights being the Frescoes, Mirror Wall and the Lion's Paw, considered as the 8th Wonder of the modern world, thought to be equivalent to the "Alakamanda" - Celestial Palace of God Kuvera.
Overnight stay at Dambulla/Sigiriya

Day 03: Sigiriya / Polonnaruwa / Minneriya / Dambulla

After breakfast leave for Polonnaruwa- “The Medivel Capital of Sri Lanka-11th Century AD”
Visit the many sites of archaeological and historical intere st in the Sacred City including the Grate Statue, Quadrangle, Royal Palace, Vatadage, Hatadage, Siva Devalaya, Gal Viharaya, Alahana Pirivena Complex, Kumara and Lotus Ponds, Thuparamaya, Rankoth Vehera, Pabalu Vehera, Thiwanka Image House, The Museum etc some of which depict the influence the Hinduism had on the Buddhist Civilization during that period of history.
In the afternoon visit the Minneriya National Park to undertake a Jeep Safari to see wild life.

Day 04: Dambulla / Kandy

After breakfast leave for Kandy- “The Hill Capital”
En route visit the Dambulla Cave Temple considered to be the largest painted caves in the world with more than 22,000sq ft painted surfaces with many paintings, sculptures, statues of Lord Budda, his disciples, Kings, Gods etc.
In the evening watch a Cultural Performance by traditional Kandyan Dancers and Drummers including devotional "Fire Walking" and walk across in the star lit night to the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Buddha – By far the most important place of worship for Buddhist world over.

Day 05: Kandy / Nuwara Eliya / Negombo

After breakfast leave for Negombo via Nuwara Eliya - "Little England" through the Hill Country surrounded by "Green Carpets"- hills covered with Tea and cascading Water Falls amidst breathtakingly beautiful landscapes.
En route visit a Tea Factory and a Plantation to witness the manufacturing process of world famous "Ceylon Tea" and to taste a pure unblended cup of factory fresh tea before being sent to the Tea Auctions in Colombo leading to Export.
Sightseeing in the city- the important places being the Victoria Park, Gregory Lake, Golf Course and Market etc….

Day 06: Negombo / Airport

Transfer to the Airport for the departure

On payment options, the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION part should be filled with your full names or the name of the Safari Package.
50% of Payments must be deposited for reservation.
Prices are in the assumption of full payment before the trip commences.
Prices are in assumption no changes in current Park fees or Park regulations.
If any unexpected changes in park or camps fees there will be a surcharge.
Personal documents may be requested to verify payment if necessary or requested by the online gateway provider e.g Bank.

Refund Policy or Cancellation

Depositing money to us is an indication of readiness to make use of the tour and travel arrangements and accommodation we reserve on your behalf. All cancellations are subject to a certain charge based on estimated losses properly calculated as follows:

If you cancel your trip 91 days to departure, 20% is forfeited.
61 days to 90 days, 30% of the safari cost is forfeited.
40 days to 60 days 60% of the tour cost is forfeited.
31 days to 39 days, 80% of the safari cost is forfeited.
If cancellations are done one month (30 Days) to the trip or No show, 100% of the safari is forfeited.
For payments not paid in full to the date of the departure, and failure of making final payments, reservations will be cancelled and no refund will be availed.
